A 1960’S HOME REIMAGINES SPLIT-LEVEL
In collaboration with Nest Design, we seamlessly integrated this expansive 2-story addition off the back of the existing home, adding an elegant full kitchen remodel, an elaborate primary bath, and a smartly flexible den that can be a work space as easily as a spa retreat.
Adding onto a home is tricky to get right. There are times to stay architecturally true to the existing structure and times to tastefully evolve the design into the now. This add-on accomplishes both, and celebrates the latter. Plus, check out this amazing modern roof line. Split-level homes have never been done quite like this before.
