A MODERN PLAYGROUND FOR DESIGN AND FINISHES

Under the capable architectural vision of Board & Vellum, we lovingly featured the backbone of this home with its stone hearth, original beams and luxurious wood ceiling.  We layered on the fun with modern and quirky kitchen details like the tropical blue tile, mid century pendants in brass and a secret door hidden in the bookcase.

This complete renovation was handled with soft gloves so as to not disturb the charm of its architectural lineage, and yet bolster up its bones and amenities. The outdoors are invited in with this generous trifold slider, onlooking the beautiful and mature landscaping.
